STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from KLIQZ . By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. BUSINESS INFORMATION
KLIQZ is a gaming peripherals and accessories brand. We offer products including glass mouse pads, gaming sleeves, mouse skates, keyboard cases, custom products, and other gaming and PC accessories.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, colors, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, minor variations in color, appearance, finish, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen settings, lighting, or other factors.
KLIQZ reserves the right to update product information, specifications, pricing, or availability when necessary.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prepaid Orders
All orders placed through the KLIQZ website are prepaid orders.
3.2 No Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We do not accept COD orders under any circumstances.
3.3 Payment Methods
Payments can be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including online payment methods provided through our payment gateway.
3.4 Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after successful payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued.
KLIQZ reserves the right to cancel or hold an order in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect information, or other circumstances requiring verification.
4. PRE-ORDERS AND SHIPPING TIMELINES
Certain KLIQZ products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
4.1 Pre-Order Products
Products such as glass mouse pads, keyboard cases, and custom orders may be manufactured, sourced, or prepared after the pre-order period ends.
These products will generally be shipped 3-5 weeks after the pre-order period ends.
The 3-5 week period refers to the expected preparation/manufacturing period and does not necessarily include the courier transit time.
4.2 Ready-to-Ship Products
Products such as gaming sleeves and mouse skates are generally ready-to-ship products and are expected to be dispatched within 3–5 business days from successful order confirmation.
4.3 Delays
Shipping and dispatch timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing delays, supplier delays, customs, courier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In case of a significant delay, KLIQZ will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated timeline to the customer.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
KLIQZ currently ships products within India.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other required delivery information.
KLIQZ shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Courier delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
6. PRE-ORDER AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Pre-order and custom products may require additional time for manufacturing, sourcing, quality inspection, and preparation before dispatch.
Customers should review the product description and estimated timeline carefully before placing an order.
By placing a pre-order or custom order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable estimated production and shipping timeline displayed on the product page.
7. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests will be handled according to the applicable KLIQZ Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where a product is eligible for return, replacement, or refund, the customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, or other information demonstrating the issue.
Products that have been damaged through misuse, improper handling, modification, or normal wear and tear may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Custom-made products may be subject to separate cancellation and return conditions.
8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact KLIQZ as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the reported issue to assist with verification.
After reviewing the claim, KLIQZ may offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable policy.
9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
KLIQZ reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product specifications, or cancel an order where a product becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied.
If an order is cancelled by KLIQZ after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

All KLIQZ trademarks, logos, product designs, graphics, photographs, website content, text, and other original materials are the property of KLIQZ and/or Manama Trading or are used with appropriate authorization.
No content from the KLIQZ website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KLIQZ will make reasonable efforts to provide products and services as described on our website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KLIQZ and Manama Trading shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
